This means that if you have 20 projects on the go using
the same resource pool, all 20 plans must be opened when
one plan is being levelled and all project managers must
then be made aware that someone has just levelled a plan
since there may be impacts on their plan.
So as a project manager who has just updated his plan and
reported his percentages etc.; these are only valid until
the next project manager updates his plan which could be
within the next half an hour.
This implies that only once all the plans have been
updated then can one report percentage complete, etc.
Is this understanding correct?
