Project priority

Hi,
Regarding Resource leveling - i don't really understand in what situations
the project's priority applies.

In the real world, some projects have a high priority to the organization
sponsoring them and some projects have a lower priority. You can usually
tell if your project is a low priority when someone else keeps "borrowing"
your team members to help with their project, which results in your project
finishing late due to a lack of resources. Hope this helps.
