Project Pro '07 install

I get the message: setup can't find a version of MS Office on your computer.
Any suggestions?

Hello Barry,

Are you attempting to install an upgrade version of Project? If so,
you'll need to have either a previous version of Project already
installed or you'll need the installation disk for the earlier
version.
