Project Pro 2003 and Project Server 2002

Has anyone tried to run Project Pro 2003 with a Project
Server 2002 implementation?
Is there any significant benefit?

We won't have the ability to upgrade to Server 2003 for a
while and would like, if possible, to use Project Pro
2003 at the desktops earlier.

Hi There,

I may be mistaken, but I do not think you can connect to a Project server
2002 to from a Project 2003 client in full read write mode - only in read
only mode.

You can use Project Server 2002 with 2003 client only in read only mode.

The Project Server database must be upgraded on the SQL server, so Project
Professional 2003 can be used with Project Server 2002
