Project Pro 2003 Connectivity Issue

I'm having problems getting the Project Pro 2003 software to connect to
Project Server. Pointing IE to the proper URL takes you directly to the
login page, but attempting to use client software gives this error.

"The server at 'http://arrc-msproj/projectserver' returned the following
error to Project. No authority could be contacted for authentication. "

We're running Server 2003, SQL 2000, & Sharepoint Services - all patched to
the latest. Anybody see this before? Thanks ahead.

Ostensibly the error indicates that your Project Server may not be
successfully talking to the domain controller. The bad news is that your
problem could also be caused by having a dash in the server name; generally
a really bad idea.

Thanks for the reply. Opening up the IIS security settings some fixed the
issue. Cheers.
