Project Pro 2003 Crashes Immediately Upon Connection to PS2003

Hello,

When some users attempt to connect to Project Server 2003 through
Project Pro 2003, the application crashes immediately after loading
global. If they were to open up Project Pro 2003 without connecting
to Project Server 2003, the application opens up just fine.

What's strange for me is that the incident occurs irregularly...it
doesn't occur everytime to the same users on the same machine.
Sometimes I just restart the computer and everything works, other
times I restart and the application still crashes.

Any thoughts?

Hi Andy,
You'll need to give the PMs the Manage Windows SharePoint Services
permission as a starting point. By default this is given to members of the
administrators group.

Nothing springs to mind other than the usual...

Make sure you are SP'd both on the server and client to SP2a / 2.
