Project Pro 2003 with Project 2003 serv

Hi,
Here is my problem:

I can't connect Project Professional 2003 and Project 2003 Server, because
my system encoding is 1250 and project server is 1252.
How to fix this?

Thank's, You saved my life!

For all of you who would have the same problem here are steps to do:

1. Control Panel|Regional and laguage options
2. On the page Advanced select prefered language and in the section "Default
user account settings" select checkbox "Apply all settings to the current
user account and to the default user profile"
