Project Pro 2007 load error

Hi,

I recently installed Project Pro 2007 and everytime I try to open it up it
does alot of configuration stuff and after about 5 minutes shows the
following error:
There is not enough memory to complete the operation. To free up available
memory, close programs, projects, or windows you aren't using, and then try
again.

I have 2 GB of RAM that is not even half used so I am completely at a loss,
Office Ultimate and Visio Pro 2007 all work fine. I think that is all the
relevant info, oh, event viewer shows nothing useful either and I am running
Vista Ultimate. If you need anymore info let me know.
