Greetings:
Someone messed with the security settings on the server that hosts our
instance of Project Server 2003 last week. Initially, no one could access it
through PWA. This got fixed, but now we cannot get Project Pro 2003 to access
Project Server. I get the Unexpected Response error with the detail that an
invalid HTTP verb was used to attempt access. We have tried resetting the IIS
security settings per a KB article I saw referencing a similar problem as
well as checking permissions on certain dlls, another fix I read about here.
Note that we get the error whether trying to connect with Windows
authentication or Project Server authentication through Project Pro 2003.
Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
SBelling
