Project Pro connection problem to Project Server

A client of ours is recently having problems connecting from Project Pro 2003
to Project Server 2003. Everything was running fine till now.

When connecting to project server, when she gets to the Project Server
Security Logon, it freezes. I've asked to check the project server accounts
and test the connection - there's no problem.

She mentioned that she uses SpyBot search and destroy and always had this
version installed since before Project Server was installed and she just ran
recently spybot to cleanup any files that it identified as spyware and
nothing else has been changed on her PC. No one else is having connectivity
problems.

Any ideas??

Just thought I'd include that they also have McAfee 8.0 installed on all
systems and are aware of the small glitch when logging in.

Several thoughts:

Try to narrow down the problem by:

(a) Have her log onto another PC and see if it works. If she can, you know
it is not a privs issue. If she can't you know it's not the PC's problem, her
rights got turned off somehow in PWA.

(b) Have someone else log onto her PC and see if it works. If the other
person can log on, the PC is okay. If the other person cannot log on, then
something is wrong with the PC. Uninstall SpyBot and try again. If it works
now, it's a SpyBot setting that's set wrong. On the otherhand, if the other
person can log onto to the PC, it is not a PC problem or the Spybot problem.

So if both work (she can logon on another PC and another person can log on
to her PC), then I would just wipe out her profile on her PC and see if that
works. Also, you might want to go into IE and delete the ActiveX controls
and have her redownload them to her PC.

If that works, great, if not, please repost!
