Project Pro Crashing - Cut, Copy, Paste

We are having issues with Project Pro 2002 crashing on workstations
when opening a project from the server and trying to copy and paste
tasks. It does not seem to be an isolated issue. If we open Project
Pro and choose not to connect to the database, open a local that has
not been saved to the database previously - we can insert blank lines
and copy and paste all we want. It only crashes when we are connected
to the server and using files from the server or files that were on
the server at one time. If we connect to the server and open a local
file, it will crash when pasting a task. This happens with projects
that were created with templates and those that were not.
This is a new issue that has started in the last week and a half. The
only thing we have done different were steps to fight the Welchia
Worm. All Win2K workstation were updated to service pak 3, the DCOM
and WEBDAV patches were applied, and the Welchia fix from Norton was
run.
Our servers are at least at Win2K service pak 3 or higher with the
same patches applied.
We are using the same Service Pak level for Project Pro and Server
that we were before.
As long as we do not connect to the Project Server, we can do anything
we want with our files.
The error messages (workstations) only refers to winproj and a
msjtes40.dll. There are no errors on the servers.
Any ideas??????

Gary, this is similar and I saw this on the MS Support site but we are
not using inserted projects. It crashes whether your are pasting from
another file or tasks within the same file. What is strange is that it
only happens when using a connection to the Project Server, if you
choose "my computer" when opening Project Pro, the error does not
occur. I will call Microsoft and try this hotfix. Will post my results
after applying the hotfix. Thanks for your input.
