Project Pro Publishing Question

hello,

At the moment i am using project pro and publish a project to my project
server 2003 using windows authentication...it works fine using the internal
dns name which is the http:\\server\projectserver but when i'm trying to
publish a project at home using the internet address
http:\\project.domain.com it gives me a error saying "unexpected server
error" click on view gives "you are not authorize to
view this page" and can't publish. Is there a way i can publish a project
when i'm outside of the domain and not be connected via vpn. Please advise.
