Project Pro/Server 2007

We have a project manager logs into Project Pro. He receives the message that
he has 4 task updates, does he want review them. If he says yes. The Web
Access screen comes up saying there are no tasks updates. Any suggestions?

What happens if the PM goes directly to PWA>Approvals>Task Updates? Does it
show any updates pending there? Are you sure there are actually updates
pending? If not I would probably delete the contents of the cache folder
using Windows Explorer and then try opening the shcedule again.
