Project Professional 2003 and Project Server 2003

I need to access Project Server 2003 using Project Professional 2003 over
Internet, but the users dosen't autentication on AD windows 2003.

I need to resolver that problem.

I have to test with Metaframe (CITRIX) solution that result was OK, and VPN
NOT TEST.

That solutions dosen't have budget.

My Inglish not very good, I'm sorry.
