Project Professional 2003 cannot connect to Project Server

S

Steve Spence

Our project 2k3 server has just started rejecting connections from MS Project
Pro 2k3 - any connection attempt results in an "Unexpected server response."
which reads as follows:

The following file(s) have been blocked by the administrator:
/isapi/pjdbcomm.dll

Troubleshoot issues with Windows SharePoint Services.

I've looked at the kb and can only see an issue relating to anonymous access
on this dll, but even making the advised change it doesn't work and am a
little curious why this would have started happening all of a sudden.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Steve:

If this was a working system, someone changed something. Maybe someone
changed the ISAPI settings on the application server? Perhaps someone made
changes to WSS and the path is now blocked by WSS?
