I have the 2003 versions of both. I cannot find
documentation on interoperability between the two. Any
guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Maurice,

before 2003, there was a "Workgroup Message Handler"-Feature which allowed
to exchange taskdata between Outlook and Project. However since version
2003, this tool is "integrated" in the ProjectServer 2003 and no more
available for single Desktops...
