Project professional and Project Web access is not working in the windows server 2003

Hi,

As an Administrator I have setup EPM in manager computer the Operating
system in the manager computer is Windows Server 2003 I have setup the
windows accounts there . but the project professional is not connecting to
the server from the PC of the manager and project web access is running with
the user name and password .
pls tell me the solution . how i can setup the properly project professional
and project web access . and why the project professional is not connecting
with the server.
