Project Professional and Single Sign-On

We have CAC enabled our Project Server, after the CAC enablement PMs can no
longer connect to Project Server through Project Professional. These are the
2003 versions. It is a requirement to CAC enable our Project Server. Is there
a way to connect Project Professional to a CAC enabled Project Server?
