Project Professional % work complete is not updated

When the PM logs in, and clicks on the Update tab, he gets a listing of
users and the changes they have made to the schedule. When he confirms
to update the changes, PWA (and I think the SQL database) realize the
changes made, but the changes are not reflected when Project
Professional opens up to save the changes to the schedule. What opens
is the original schedule, with no changes. Am I missing something???

Has anyone found a solution to this? I've seen similar postings on this
forum, but the solution is not stated... they just end, or don't really
begin... sort of like this one. :(

Please Help!
