Project Proposals and custom fields

I'm trying to use Proposals to manage some projects, but I've found some
weird behaviours when using custom fields. For instance:
- I've created a project flag field and I wanted to show a red flag when the
field is set to Yes and a green flag when is set to No. I create a new
Proposal and set the field but in the Project Center I dont get any of these
2 icons, instead I get the green circle or nothing at all (depending on the
value);
- I've created a task number field with a calculated formula and set a Sum
to roll-up values on summary tasks. When I create a new Proposal, the field
is calculated correctly for non-summary task but the roll-up for summary (and
for the whole project) doesn't work (I can see the values in a Project Detail
view);
- I wanted to create a project field to calculate a difference between 2
dates (also custom project fields) but I couldn't get Project Server to
calculate this field whenever I created a new Proposal.

Anybody has any idea about why this is happening? The same fields work fine
when using Project Professional.
