There is no reader (this question asked thousands of times here ...
answered in the FAQ page at
http://www.mvps.org/project/faqs.htm#Project Viewer).

Suggest you go back to the person who sent you this file and find out
how they intended you to view this file. Perhaps they can buy you a copy
of Project. Otherwise, suggest they give you the information you need
in a more neutral and user-friendly format. They should know how to do
this as Project users.
