Project Renamer Tool

Hello smart people out there,

I encounter some problems installing the Project Renamer Utility.

Symptoms:
when using the Project Renamer, everything works fine until the user clicks
the OK button of the rename dialog. After confirming, an error message 'The
server did not recognise your request' is shown below the Projects list, and
the project to be renamed retains its old name.

Question:
How do I check "a user must have read/write access to the project(s) they
are renaming, and the PERMISSION_ADMIN_ENTERPRISE and
PERMISSION_ENT_NEW_PROJECT permissions on Project Server"? Currently I use
the Administrator user, I suppose this user has suffcienit rights by default?

Regards

I am running the tool on the Project Server itself, as Administrator

Are you running this on the server itself? If not, try it there.

The Windows account you logon as must be a local administrator on the SQL
box, and an administrator in Project Server. That's the magic combination.
Because I can't see what's going on, I don't know how to advise you further.
