project report presentation addin

Trying to find troubleshooting information for the project report
presentation addin. I have someone who is getting the following error:

Could not register type library for file C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office
Tools\project Report Presentation\PRP.tlb. Contact your support Personnel.

I've tried to find information on this addin, for this specific message and
on the PRP.tlb file. So far I haven't found anything. I did find that a
statement that Microsoft supports this addin, but I couldn't find any
information on it for troubleshooting.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello Ellen,

Sorry, I don't find any specific information available either. The
"register type library" message leads me to believe there may be a
missing VBA reference. I assume your user has PowerPoint 2003 installed
on his/her computer? I assume you are trying to run the add-in with
Project 2003? Have you tried re-installing the Add-in?
