Greetings,
I'm having an issue showing Project Report Web Parts on any of the WSS
automatically created Project Workspaces for external web-users.
When accessing PWA and any of the Project Workspaces internally from the lan
(http://local.domain/ProjectServer) users can see the Project Reports in
Project Workspaces just fine. But when users are accessing PWA externally
(http://www.<fqdn>.com/ProjectServer) the frame holding the Project Report is
showing 'The page cannot be displayed' in I.E.
I've tried everything I can think of including temporarily removing all
permissions in WSS and IIS, as well as many different inclusions/exclusions
in WSS Central Administration for managed paths such as: /sites, /views,
/ProjectServer, etc... as well as many iterations of the Project Server
extranet settings. Nothing seems to work and I'm down right stumped.
The only other possibility I can see is that the Project Server, WSS, SQL,
and IIS are all running on SBS 2003 and the use of WSS and the default
'company web' (removed) are interfering with the normal WSS setup for Project
Server? I've also not used the SBS 2003 versions of SQL and WSS and upgraded
to full product versions to run Project Server 2003 under.
Any suggestions would be helpful...
Cheers, -Chris
