Project Reporting

Tina

I am the sole keeper of MS Project in a company of 10. I
have set up one Project file to hold all company projects
for ease of resource scheduling. I need a report to give
to each person of all their tasks but no standard report
gives me all the information I need and I can't seem to
come up with the proper configuration in custom reports.

I need a report that prints by resource, lists all levels
of summary task and task in outline form, and lists the
priorty, remaining duration, the resources' work hours
(not total task hours), finish date, predecessors, all
other resources assigned and totals the hours by week. I
understand that this is a combination of a task and
resource report, but I don't know if it can be done or
how to do it if it can.

Any advise would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Hello Tina,
The only way I have found to do this is by creating a
filter and map by resource. I assume you will be pulling
this report either weekly or monthly? So you will also
want to create a Macro to auto run these. It takes a
little time to set up, but once set, takes only minutes to
run. Please email me direct as the instructions on my
work around are very lengthy.

The only thing you list that I can think of being a
problem is the total hours by week.
