Project Resource hierarchy in professional and webaccess

How can i see the project resource hierarhy in the professional. How can i specify who should report to whom and who all will come under a particular person. It means i want to specify the PL-> ML->Members hierarchy for a particular project.

I'm not aware of any built-in method to do this. What I've done is use
two of the number custom fields for resources, e.g. Number1 and Number2.
Assign each person a number and put it in Number1. Then in Number 2
put in each person's superior/boss/supervisor/manager/you-pick-the-word.
Then you can recurse this tree to know the org chart.
