If you want the "long way round", go to
http://www.microsoft.com and in
the upper right corner, in the box labelled "Search Microsoft.com for"
enter "project enterprise evaluation". This will take you to a page with
a number of possible answers to the question. Check out the second group
of items (headed by "Product Information").
Be aware that Enterprise products are not installs. They are
implementations. You will need to do considerable research in your
organization to determine exactly how you will implement it.
