Project Server 2002 compatibility with Project Professional 2003

Can anyone advise me about the risks/issues related to this combination? I
am relying on MS Project Professional 2003 currently and pushing for a
Project Server installation and was recently able to locate a 2002 Server
copy.

Will this work, even in the interim, or do I need to push to get this
upgraded to be effective? Any comments would be GREATLY appreciated!

You may get more complete advise by posting to the Project Server group.

However, all the Project Professional licenses are the greater cost so I
would buy an upgrade to server 2003. '03 is much easier to install and
maintain and has a number of useful extra features. The time you will save
and the extra functionality you will get will far out weigh the cost of
upgrading the Server to '03.
