Project Server 2002 Installation Failure

This is pretty annoying... when i install Project Server 2002, the
installation process is gradually moving forward.. i can see the
progress bar stating Executing script 6 of 12.. after 12th script.. i
immediately get rollback error... and no clue what went wrong except
when i look into Event Viewer .. i see the following warning msg

The following information is part of the event: Component: Views
Notification Service
File: C:\Proj10\pcportal\source\viewsnotify\ViewNotify.cpp
Line: 695
Description: Failed to reset views scheduling table while starting the
service

i have already done a search on google for this error.. it seems none
of the people were able to get any clean solution...

Thx Gary...

The user id i have logged in falls under Administrator group.. so do you
still think it is a permission issue ?

That alone means nothing depending on what other security policies are in
place and where its failing.
