Project Server 2002 Machine Move from 2k AD domain to 2k3 AD Domain

I need to move a Project Server 2002 machine from a W2K AD domain to a W2K3
AD domain. I couldn't find any "how to's" and here is what I'm planning to
do:

1. Backup
2. Change Project server authentication to "project server only"
3. Remove the machine from the 2K domain
4. Join the machine to the 2K3 domain
5. Change Project server authentication to whatever was set initially

Any pitfalls I should be aware of?
