Project Server 2002 recurring error messages

Does anybody know how to fix the following error messages that keep
recurring on our Project Server 2002? I'm at a complete loss!

There are any number of possible causes. The errors indicate authentication
issues during the publish process. First thing is to check the permissions
on the ViewDrop folder against what the pjsvr.chm installation document
specify. You can also find the proper settings in the following KB:

If this isn't the source of your problem, you'll need to provide more
information for troubleshooting, in particular a description of your
configuration: servers, domain etc.
