Project Server 2003 and SBS 2003

I've got Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server (SP1) with SQL
Server 2000 (SP3) and I'm trying to install Project Server 2003. Right
now I even cannot finish instalation, it's stopping and rolling back.
It's something with user's rights I thing. It was working before and
after fresh instalation I couldn't connect to Project Server from
Project Professional 2003. I've read that Microsoft doesn't support
PS2003 on SBS2003. Is there any additional program I can buy to make it
work? Maybe it's good to buy f.e. SQL 2005? Or something else?
