Project Server 2003 Capacity Line and Adjust Actuals

Hi,

I'm running into two problems in Project Server 2003:

1. We were under the impression that using the "resources - adjust actuals"
report through PWA was an accurate way to obtain data against all projects in
the system. We recently discovered that a bunch of time is left out when we
run that report for historical data. Does anyone know an accurate way to
obtain historical timesheet data against all projects for specified dates and
resources?

2. When going to resources - view enterprise resources in Resource Center
and then select a resource and view availability, I am expecting to see the
capacity line at the percentage that was specified through the global
resource pool and the individual's resource availability section. For the
most part, the line is where I expect it. However, at some random times, it
will drop way down when the person isn't out of the office. Any ideas?

Thanks!

1) Have you tried using analysis services (OLAP cubes) to show historical
data?
2) Could it be that your resource has a non standand non working day set on
their resource calendar?

Hi,

1. No, I'm not sure I know how to do that...
2. No, they do not have any holidays or non working time selected for the
time period.
