Project Server 2003 - Error Saving Enterprise Global File

When I try to save my Enterprise Global file, I get the following
message: "An exception occurred in the Project Server. Project Server
encountered a problem with this error code: 9122". I looked up this
error code on Microsoft and got this: "rsExceptionBlankEntListSep -
Blank or null MSP_PROJECTS.PROJ_ENT_LIST_SEPARATOR". When I go look at
that field in the table, the column is indeed null. What value is
appropriate in that field, and why is it null by default?
