Project Server 2003 Installation Rolls Back

The log shows: Error 0x80004005: ...failed to start
PjSessionMgr and rolls back changes when I install PS on
a Win2003 Server. The database is on a sql cluster and
WSS is on its own Win2003 server. Any ideas why?

Doug:

having the entire error would be nice, but on the face of things, this
indicates that the account you're using to install, or the account you
designated to run Project Server services does not have the correct
permissions to start the service.
