Project Server 2003 & Lotus Notes

Emily

We are using Lotus Notes and we are already using the
Notification and Reminder service.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any other features that
work in relation to Lotus Notes and Project Server.

For example.

Can I add users from the Lotus Notes Address Book the same
way I can with the Outlook Address Book?

Can I create calendar entries in Lotus Notes the same way
you can in Outlook?

I realize that these may not be out of the box features,
but if anyone knows of add-ins I would appreciate the
heads up.

Thanks,

ivan

Emily:

You can add users from the Notes Address book, either your own personal or
the company address book. You can't create Notes calendar items from Project
Web Access.

Hi Gary

Thanks for the response.

Is there a guide to helping you add users because whenever
I select Add user feature it defaults to asking for an
Outlook profile even though Outlook is not installed on
the machine.

Thanks

Emily:

You need to create a mail profile for Lotus Notes on your client machine
before Project will see it. This is not created by Notes by default
installation. You may need to seek help from your desktop support group to
create the profile as it requires administrative level access.
