Project Server 2003 on existing Sharepoint Services

Is it possible to install Project Server 2003 on an
existing install of Sharepoint Services which is being
used by SharePoint Portal Server 2003 currently?

If yes, are there any recommended practices on hot to go
about doing this?

Instead of re-inventing the wheel I would like to use the
existing install of WSS and servers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
