Hi,
As I was told it was possible to run Project Server 2003 on a single server
(Windows 2003 Std SP1) using MSDE SQL Server 2000 (SP3). So I bought the
Project Server with 30 CALs, installed SharePoint Services 2.0 succesfully,
configured teh SharePoint site, added Analysis tools foor SQL 2000 and
installed ASP3. So far, so good.
But if I want to install Project Server, it asks for the database server.
None of the guides included on CD or at the MS site talk about configuring
Project Server using MSDE! How to configure using MSDE???
Why do the mention MSDE in the minimum requirements but don't tell you how
to install and configure thing... I'm a bit disappointent in that.
