Project Server 2003 on Windows 2000

Hello all I had a sever wunning W2K and Project Server 2003 (no sharepoint
installed), I had to reinstall Project Server so I removed and when I try to
reinstall using the same database I got this error:

Error 2755, Internal Error has ocurred
D:\PRJSVR\PRJSVRE.MSI

Any ideas whats going on or any suggestion?
