Project Server 2003 Outline Codes

Where are the actual values for Project and Task level outline codes stored
in the database for each individual projects? I have looked everywhere and
all I see in msp_outline_codes is NULL values for name and description.

On your server, navigate to the help directory of your Project Server
installation and grab the html document pjsvrdb.htm. This contains the
information you're looking for.
