Project Server 2003: PSCleaner - Error while deleting projects

Has anyone encountered the following error while using PSCleaner to delete
projects from Project Server 2003?

PDS Error Description : rsSecurityAccessDenied

Are you running this on the server logged on as an administrator? If not,
try it.

Yes, I'm the adminstrator on the Windows 2003 server and the Project Server.

Is your windows account a member of the Project Server administrators group
in Project Server?

Yes. The Project Server is using Windows Authentication for my username and
password and I am a member of the Administrators group as assigned in PWA.

Are you working on the console rather than a remote session? I'm running out
of ideas...

I'm work from Remote Desktop. I think it may have something to do with how
the permissions are configured in the database. I'm able to delete a single
project from PWA in the Admin area, Clean-up database.

I think your remote session is the issue. Try it on the console.
