Project Server 2003: Session Mgr Service Not found

Hi,

I have installed MS Project 2003 on Windows 2003 Server (Enterpise Edition).

The installation completed without any error. But when I try to log on using
web client, it gives me an error with error no 5006 (Unable to create
session for user).

When I check the IIS for sessions, it was not enabled, so I enabled it and
tried again, but received the same error.

Then I check the event viewer, and found error related to Project server.
the error was:

"Session Mgr Service Not Found"

I even checked the services section, the service for "Project Server Session
Manager" service is present and has been started, even then I am getting
that error.

Does anyone have any idea, how to resolve the problem.
