Project Server 2003 SP2a Build Number

We are running Project Server 2003 SP1 in Production and are in the
process of testing the SP2a upgrade along with SQL Server 2005 in our
DEV environment. In DEV when I mouse-over Help in PWA I see "Build:
11.2.2002.1801.15" which I believe means we have applied SP2a
correctly. There is also a line at the bottom under User which has
"11.2.2003816.15". Is this indicating we have not in fact applied
SP2a correctly or is this an oddity seen in this version? In our
Production environment there is nothing under User.

Has anyone experienced this and is it anything to be concerned about?
