project server 2003 sp3 install issue

Hello:

Has anyone run into an error like the following when installing the server
side update for sp3? (I am in as full Admin on this system and app pool
account for MSPS)

Error 1904. Setup cannot register module c:\Program Files\Common
Files\MSSOAP\BINARIES\MSSOAP30.DLL. If you click 'Cancel' or 'Ignore', run
Setup again and reinstall or repair your Project Server installation.

I clicked Cancel (maybe not the best idea...)

When I try to reinstall the patch I am told that it's already applied.

Version of MSSOAP30.DLL is 3.0.1325.0 and consistent between my dev (this
environment) and production systems.

Looks like the issue with the MDAC
Visit the following Microsoft Web site, and then locate the appropriate MDAC
update for your computer:

version of MDAC I need to successfully deploy SP3?

hello Nate,

Recently I upgraded my production env , I had MDAC 2.8 on my Prd server.
I guess thsi is the most latest version of MDAC.
