Project Server 2003 Viewsdrop error

I have a Project Server 2003 installed, the installation was succesful,
without errors.

When trying to generate the OLAP cube, in the application log I can see the
following message:

The status of cube generatiing is initiated, but never processing.

The PCSViews.ViewsDrop class is correctly registered (pcsviews.dll), but
even from a script I cannot instantiate a PCSViews.ViewsDrop object, I get
an Object variable or with block variable not set message with the
createobject. command.

The system is a W2k3 server, with STSW v2, and the latest patches applied,
Office 2K3 with the latest patches.

What could I do?

My problem is solved.

Removed and reinstalled project server into another folder, connecting to
the existing database.
Now everything works fine.
