Project Server 2003 Web Access

Hello,
One a the project server User has an error when he tries to reach web
project server. The server display the EULA page, and after accepting
condition, the EULA page is reloaded.
Following, the errors messages writed on the event viewer of the project
Server.

He has no add-in installed on IE but he installed add-in on FireFox
