Hello,
I was looking for a solution for this cheeky "Unhandled Exception"
popping up when you start the Windows SharePoint Configuration Wizard
from Project Server 2003.
I only found old threads where I had not the possibility to answer ...
becaus I found a solution.
So for all folks out there still having this problem:
Go to command console on your wss server, put in your Project Server CD
and type in:
D:\GERMAN\OFFICE_SYSTEM\PROJECT2003\SERVER\SUPPORT\WSSWIZ>wsswiz -p
virtualserver="http://win2003virtual" ownerlogin="demo\administrator"
owneremail="administra
(e-mail address removed)" managedpath="sites" webtemplateid=6215 -d -l c:\log.txt
-f
Please consider changing the paths to your environmemt.
And you should have the path "sites" created as a top level site in WSS
Central Administration before.
This worked for me.
Thanks to microsoft for posting no solution at all
so long
Frank
