Project Server 2003

Hello!
Some history.
Windows 2000 server was upgraded to Windows 2003 Server
Enterprise Edition to install Windows Sharepoint Services.
Sharepoint services working properly. I alse wanted to
deploy Project Server 2003 and installed it on this
computer. Installation was successfull, I can see login
page, I can login as adminstrator and see most of pages.
But user management pages do not work. The script error
occures which says that "Internal server error
object/module was not found" The module
is "http://servername/Projectserver/Admin/sec_groups.asp"
or other pages under admin folder. If I open IIS mmc, I
can see all this files.
What is the problem?
