Project Server 2007 ACTIVEX

I'm not technical by nature, so this is probably a dumb question. I have 1
user that can't download ActiveX for Web Access. He gets a file not found
message. I know he has admin rights. All other users have been able to
download activeX just fine. Any suggestions about what may be different about
his setup causing this problem? He's not aware of any differences.

Normally it comes down to either Security Settings on IE and or Componets not
being loaded on the machine.
