Project Server 2007 and .NET Framework 3.0

Hi,
I'm trying to install Project Server 2007 beta 2 on a laptop which is not
connected to Internet.
As a first software requirement, we have to install .NET Framework. So I
downloaded the dotnetfx3setup.exe (on another computer) and tried to
install it on my laptop, but it's still searching something on Internet. So
the install failed. Is it possible to install this .NET Framework without
Internet connection?

Newbie:

You will not be able to install Project Server 2007 beta on a machine that
is not a member of a domain.
